Inductions & Training

All Trainers and Assessors employed by DTS Mining are Mine site hardened and nationally certified in their field of expertise and have been selected in order to enhance the effectiveness of the final outcome of the training process.

All training material developed are aligned to the Metalliferous Mining Training MNM05 Package. Training material is developed to reflect and include your individual mine site requirements. 

The benefits of using off site trainers, for assessing and development of training materials is that, your onsite trainers are freed up to train your mining personnel more efficiently. Benefits for your training personnel is they get a greater variety of assessing overall  to ensure a better understanding of the competency standards.
